Shipping policy

Order processing for accessories, lace, extensions and ready to ship wigs is 3-5 business days. PRE-ORDER items and raw wigs processing time is 14-21 business days. These processing times can be extended depending on other circumstances (eg. waiting for customer’s reply). In the case of incorrect address, additional fees will be applied due to delays. Shipping and handling time is 2-5 business days after order has been processed.
